From Berlin Hauptbahnhof

The Charité campus is only a 10 min. walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central train station).

  • Exit the station on Washingtonplatz (south side). You will see the campus on your left, across the water.
  • Cross the Hugo-Preuß-Bridge and follow Kapelleufer to Reinhardtstraße.
  • Turn left on Reinhardtstraße and pass underneath the train tracks.
  • At the next intersection, turn left on Luisenstraße.
  • Follow Luisenstraße for about 500m and you will find the building of Humboldt Graduate School on your right (past Schumannstraße).
  • Our office is located on the 1st floor of the north wing, room 203.

From S-/U-Bahn Station Friedrichstraße

Take bus 147 on Friedrichstraße to Charité Campus Mitte.

Or walk west along the Spree river on Reichstagufer. Turn right on Wilhelmstraße, crossing the river. Continue straight ahead on Luisenstraße for about 1 km. You will find the Humboldt Graduate School on your right, past Schumannstraße.

From Airport Tegel

A cab ride takes about 20 min. and costs approximately €15.

Alternatively, take the express bus TXL to Karlplatz for €2.30. Travel time about 25 min. Turn left on Luisenstraße. You will find the Humboldt Graduate School after about 500m on your right.

From Airport Schönefeld

Take any S-Bahn or Regional Express train to S-Bahn station Friedrichstraße and follw the directions above. The one way ticket on either train option costs €2.80. Travel time about 45 min.
