Route 1: Application process for Medical Neurosciences MSc Graduates

Graduates of the Medical Neurosciences Master program can apply for admission to the PhD program if they have secured a PhD project and funding with one of our faculty members. To do so, a letter addressed to the admission's and examination's commission stating that request and signed by both the applicant and the PhD supervisor must be submitted to the program office.

In addition, applicants need to submit a detailed PhD project plan and present themselves before the admission's and examination's commission and the Promotionskommission of Charité.

Following documents you have to hand to the Promotionsausschuss

• Project plan
• Request for admission
• CV
• List of publications (if available)
• Original diplomas/transcripts and copies of them which we will accredit (only if you haven’t shown them to us before)
• Letter of admission MedNeuro/NeuroCure
• Letter of reference from your supervisor (stating that he is supervising your project)
