Yes you can still apply. Submit a current transcript of records showing your course work and grade up to date and indicate when you will graduate. You will have to present your original diploma proving your graduation during the orientation week (early September).
In order to perform well in our program, you need to speak, read and write English at an advanced academic level. If you are not a native speaker, you need to submit proof that your English skills are at that level. The ideal way is a language test score such as TOEFL or IELTS. If you do not submit a test score, you need to submit a comprehensive statement explaining how you have acquired your English skills and where. These statements are subject to review by the admission commission and will be evaluated on a case to case basis.
Reservations for student housing are binding. You can arrive late in Berlin, but you will have to pay the full rent as of the 1st of the month for which you reserved your room.
