Francesco Boato

I was part of the PhD program since March 2008 under the supervision of Prof. Sven Hendrix. 

I got my PhD degree in September 2010. The title of my thesis is: “Hypothermia and C3 Peptide Promote Neurite Outgrowth and Regeneration after Traumatic CNS Injury”

I’m currently employed as Post-Doc in the lab of Alain Chedotal at the “Institut de la Vision” at the University Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC) in Paris.

I would like to be ambassador of the PhD program in Medical Neuroscience in Berlin because I enjoyed a lot the well organized program and I’m willing to give all the information requested from other students (especially in Paris) which intend to participate.
