Supporting Aspiring Neuroscientists

To raise awareness of graduate school opportunity at German universities and research institutions, we sponsor an undergraduate poster award at the Neuroscience, the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience (SfN). The first prize is a one week trip to Germany, visiting selected neuroscience hot spots.

For that purpose we joined forces with the Faculty for Undergraduate Neuroscience (FUN) and sponsor the award as part of the FUN Social and Undergraduate Poster Session. FUN members are called upon to submit nominations of especially talented students for the award. A jury of German scientists then reviews the posters and decides on the winner.
