International Graduate Program Medical Neurosciences
Gregory won last year's undergraduate poster award at the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience. Visiting some Graduate Schools, he toured through Germany. His last station was, indeed, our Graduate Program — Medical Neurosciences.

“I was extremely impressed by the caliber of research being conducted at many of the university-affiliated institutions such as the Europen Neuroscience Institute and the Hertie-Institute for Clinical Brain Research. Several of the PIs actually took time out of their undoubtedly busy schedules to give me a tour of the facilities and to provide me with an introduction to their research programs. Some names that come to mind are Dr. Tobias Rasse, Dr. Ingrid Ehrlich, Dr. Andre Fischer, Dr. Oliver Schlueter, Dr. Andre Fiala, Dr. Gabriele Flugge, and Dr. Josef Priller - each of these professors went above and beyond to ensure that I left his or her respective lab with a positive experience. The length of that list truly speaks highly of the research faculty at these institutions. Any individual seeking an education that not only affords the opportunity to conduct biomedical research at world renowned institutions such as the Max Planck, but also one that provides a unique cultural experience should definitely consider these graduate programs.” — Gregory Sousa
